Will it be you? If so, then you will probably be joining a large with a complex organisation. What should you expect?

Western organisations are often large with hundreds if not thousands of employees. Most of these businesses are highly structured but the structure often changes. Why does the business exist? How does the organisation work? Who does what? What does my boss do? What is your job?

This lecture introduced Edward de Bono's 6 thinking hats. It also introduces an idea for an internet based translation business to put the hats to use on.
